1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pak777 ("pak777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pak777.club and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. pak777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended pending review. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited, and the deposit amount will be returned to the verified payment method after deducting any bonuses already used.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one active account on the pak777 platform only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names or payment details, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify pak777 promptly if any of your registered details change. pak777 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak777 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak777 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify pak777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pak777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer timelines vary by the receiving institution. USDT TRC20 deposits require at least one network confirmation on the TRON blockchain.
• pak777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges that are beyond pak777's control.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. KYC requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and confirmation of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is approved. pak777 reserves the right to request additional documentation where deemed necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pak777 offers various promotional bonuses to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. General bonus conditions applicable to all pak777 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough") before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per account, household, IP address, and payment method.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pak777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, which are published within the game interface or the sports betting section. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the user after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak777 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding pak777 or other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to pak777 immediately. Winnings resulting from exploited bugs will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Suspension & Termination

pak777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, failure to complete KYC, or legal or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons other than user breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to user breach, pak777 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to pursue recovery of losses suffered by pak777 as a result of the breach.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pak777 support. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be waived upon voluntary account closure, but associated bonus funds will not be withdrawable.

13. Amendments

pak777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
